Evening Primrose

Health

I am on a mission to beautify myself (apparently beautiful people are more successful?? ) and am currently focusing on my nails. My nails are dreadful: stubby, broken and vaguely resembling chipolata sausages. I decided to embark on an 'Evening Primrose' challenge by  taking 2 tablets a day until my [full] jar had run out.
I decided on Evening Primrose after reading the plethora of benefits that taking this herb tincture can provide. It has been hailed as the most 'sensational preventive discovery since vitamin C': quite the statement but it turns out that even in the short term, I have started to see major benefits.
Evening Primrose contains a pain relieving compound called Phenylalanine and a fatty acid called Gamma Linoleic Acid {GLA} . Both these substances give Evening Primrose the multitude of preventive and therapeutic qualities and a stalwart in holistic, herbal and main-stream medicine. GLA, Linoleic Acid and other nutrients in Evening Primrose oil are essential for cell structure and improve the elasticity of the skin ( hence the documented benefits to beauty and health). They also regulate hormones and improve nerve function which has made  the oil famous due to its major help in diminishing PMS and improving breast tissue.

Benefits include:
A cure for chronic headaches
Stop aging problems
Treatment for acne
Treatment for heart disease
Relief for MS
Prevent hyperactivity in children
Relief from PMS
Treatment for schizophrenia
Prevention of Obesity
And here are my nails! They are glorious! They are long, strong and look like nails! HURRAY! I am most definitely continuing with my evening primrose intact and hoping it will aid my beautification!
